Hill Laboratories required a facility that allowed them to amalgamate the four existing sites around Hamilton into one central site, thus creating a more inclusive environment not only the staff of Hill Laboratories, but for their customers as well.

An existing building was converted into a 7,000m² laboratory encompassing all the multidisciplinary testing that Hill Laboratories provide as well as a central drop off point for Sample Reception and Client Services.

Transitional spaces between the office areas and testing sections were carefully designed in accordance to the PC1 and PC2 requirements.
