APG Architects collaborated with our client to design and develop a substantial section for their tenant, Mainfreight. The completed project includes three buildings and a large fire-fighting water tank.

Building 1, an existing structure, was relocated from a nearby site and reassembled on the current site. It underwent modifications to accommodate new staff facilities, resulting in a footprint of 4,050m².

Building 2 is a newly constructed dangerous goods warehouse, also featuring a staff area, with a total area of 4,050m². A new canopy connects Buildings 1 and 2, facilitating loading operations.

The largest of the three, Building 3, includes an 8,800m² warehouse, 550m² of office space, and a 2,200m² covered loading area.
