This building was a grain store for GE Clark & Sons approximately 100 year ago.

Situated in the heart of Hamilton’s CBD, this apartment was designed and delivered with the surrounding locality in mind. 

The incorporation of the surrounding buildings with the vitality of the Hamilton City Central resulted an apartment with industrial and modern design elements. 

Previously used as a commercial building. APG Architects designed a stunning renovation for the owners which incorporated the original features of the structure into the industrial feel fitout.

The building now houses a ground floor tenancy and separate garaging for the apartment. The first floor accommodates a bedroom, kitchen, dining, living facilities. A mezzanine for the apartment houses the master bedroom, ensuite and wardrobes.
