A proposed hotel for the Nadi Airport precinct in Fiji. 

Located directly adjacent to the domestic and international terminals, this building will provide accommodation for incoming and outgoing transit passengers and business travellers.

Along with 120 rooms, the hotel will provide associated services including meeting rooms, restaurant and café, gym and pool.

This has been achieved through various environmentally sustainable design building management system including peak energy demand control and energy monitoring.
