Portfolio / Hydraulink Development

This industrial development covers an area of 3000 square meters and consists of four units. Each unit includes a combination of a two-story administration office (160m²) and an adjoining warehouse. The project was developed as a joint venture between Porters and Hydraulink.

The building is situated between Arthur Porter Drive and Earthmover Crescent, with access available from both roads, providing convenient entry points for the tenants.

The structure was constructed using precast concrete panels for the boundary and intertenancy walls, while the frame is made from steel portal framing. The roof and wall cladding are finished with Colorsteel, a material known for its durability and aesthetic appeal, contributing to a quick and efficient construction process.

APG undertook the fitout of the Hydraulink tenancy and the United Gaming tenancy.

This development successfully blends functional office space with warehouse facilities, and the use of modern construction techniques and materials ensures that the building is both practical and cost-effective. With its prime location and adaptable design, it provides a solid foundation for businesses in the area.
