Portfolio / Midland PET-CT Facility

The Midland PET-CT facility is a state of the art Molecular Imaging service that provides Diagnostic Imaging amongst other scanning related tools.

The build requirements for the facility were extremely specific and extra care and attention were required due to the radiation emitted from the equipment involved.

Close liaison with the equipment supplier allowed the safety measures to be meant with the building.  This included
200 mm in situ concrete along with 400 mm of additional lead sheeting protection.
